If you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us immediately and we will solve your problem!


Shipping of the item to be returned and the associated costs are at the expense of the customer.

Simply contact us via the contact form or write to us   stating your order number. If you would like to change the size of your item, we offer you two options:

– Return the item to stock; After receiving and checking your order, we will send you a new item in the desired size. (The costs of returning the item will be your responsibility, while we will take care of shipping the new item).
The returned product must be intact and sealed as delivered.

If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you have two options:

– Return the item to the warehouse. Once the order has been received and verified, we will refund the purchase price (return costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded afterwards).
It will take approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on the payment method you used at the time of purchase).
The returned product must be intact and sealed as delivered (it can only be worn to check whether the size is the desired size).
If the product is damaged or used, no refund will be made.
The package must be tightly closed and in the packaging in which the item was originally shipped.
During the process, our team members may request additional information about the order.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is valid for a period of 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To receive a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require proof or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns for refund or exchange unless the item was damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cancel order:

If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at or via our contact page. After 24 hours we cannot cancel your order because it has already been shipped.

Refunds for your canceled order will take between 2 and 5 business days, depending on the payment method used.

Order refund/return (if applicable):
To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must first email us with photos of the damaged items within 14 days of receiving the products. Once we receive the damaged item, we will send you a replacement item. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Please contact us by email or via our contact page so that we can send you our returns address. Once we have inspected the item, we will refund you within 2-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.

Then contact the company that issued your credit or debit card. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the specified address, delivery date, tracking information and carrier information for the customer to verify.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only exchange defective or damaged items. Please contact us

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time required to transport the exchanged product to your home may vary depending on your location.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
